Nilla is a moderately sized girl with a beautiful front and rear assembly. There is no wasted motion when you watch Nilla run through the back field. She carries a lovely light golden color coat of just the appropriate length and proper texture. Nilla has an expressive face and will steal your heart with a glance. She is a granddaughter of one of Geri's all time favorites, the specialty winning Trader, and this makes Nilla a special girl to all at Malagold. Nilla has a beautiful pedigree that combines the best of Malagold!

Nilla has started training towards her novice agility and obedience titles.  She has two major Best of Winners awards in conformation competition in United Kennel Club shows and has recently completed her Championship title in the UKC.  Nilla also does therapy dog work and does really well with children. She will be participating in a READ program for children at the local library this coming spring and will soon be taking her test for her therapy dog certification. 

Nilla has also started some beginner field training and loves to retrieve (even birds, not just balls and toys!).  But her number one job in the evening is holding down one end of the couch, as she is a much loved member of the family. And that is as it should be.
